A class where we deep dive on a dfiiferent area of the body each month giving it the attention it needs to help move and feel better.
We start with sensory drills for awareness, mobility exercises to open up space, and then move into isometric holds and full range strength exercises.
This class will help you reconnect your body and brain together setting you up to get more out of your workouts and training by bringing more awareness to the details of your parts and how they move.​
